Ordering was straightforward, but just a heads up for anyone on a tight timeline: the proof approval process was slower than I expected. I figured I’d get the first proof back quickly, but there was more waiting than I planned for.

The proof itself looked fine, and they did make the small change I asked for, so I’m not saying there was a major problem. It just felt like the back-and-forth could have moved faster, especially if you’re trying to get everything wrapped up by a certain date.

The mats turned out okay in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I’d just warn people to build in extra time and not assume the proofing step will be quick.

I ordered floor mats from americanfloormats.com, and to be fair, the mats were totally fine once they finally showed up. The shipping just took longer than I expected, and for a few days the updates were about as clear as a muddy doormat, so I kept checking to see what was going on. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either. I’d probably order from them again, just not if I needed the mats anytime soon.

I found what I needed really fast and didnt have to waste any time searching around.

They kept me in the loop the whole time, well, not constantly, but enough that I always knew what was going on. The tracking was clear and easy to follow.

This has been super easy to clean. I just wipe it down and it’s done, no annoying scrubbing or anything. Weirdly, I remember cleaning it right after spilling a little sauce while wearing one sock, and it still came clean in like two seconds.

I’ve been happy with these mats so far. They feel sturdy, like they’ll hold up to regular use, whether it’s shoes, chairs, pets walking over them, or just everyday traffic. The edges also sit nice and flat, so I’m not tripping over them or having to keep pressing them down, which I’ve had to do with other mats, rugs, and even some floor protectors before. One corner did have a tiny little mark on it, kind of like a small scuff or blemish, but it wasn’t a big deal to me. For the price, the quality seems really solid overall.

I ordered a mat and it showed up okay and everything, but the size just didn’t really work for my doorway like I thought it would. So I tried to return it, and that part was not super smooth. They got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. I wasn’t expecting a quick response, and then suddenly there it was. So yeah, that part was great, and it just made everything feel a lot easier.

I’m not happy with my order. It didn’t meet my expectations, and at this point I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from them again unless they do something to make up for the experience. I’m hoping they’ll offer some kind of compensation or resolution.

This fit perfectly and works just like it should. I’ve tried similar ones before that were either a little off in size or didn’t feel quite right, but this one was spot on.

I ordered a couple of mats from American Floor Mats for our entryway, they stay in place better than I expected. They’re not exactly the most exciting thing I’ve ever bought, but I’ll give them credit — even when the floor gets a little wet, they don’t slide around or feel sketchy under your feet. That was really the main thing I cared about, so I’m happy with them.

Umm, the mat itself was decent quality, but the logo didn’t come out quite like my design proof. The colors looked a bit different and the spacing was slightly off too. It’s not awful, just not as accurate as I was expecting.

I ordered a custom mat and it did show up when it was supposed to, so that part was fine. But when I saw the box, I was like, why is this so complicated? It was half crushed, taped up weird, and just looked rough. The mat itself had a bent corner and some dirty marks from the packaging, which was disappointing. Customer service was okay, but for the price, I really expected it to arrive in much better shape.

The mat looked nice at first, but the edges just won’t stay flat. I’ve had it out for a couple of weeks now, and even after weighing it down overnight, they still pop right back up. The wording made it sound like it would settle into place easily, which definitely hasn’t been my experience. It keeps catching my shoe when I walk by, and for the price, that’s frustrating...
